We are here to lift you up in prayer and to seek God's will together. Although you have not specified your requests, God knows your heart and the desires you have. We encourage you to pray in line with the verse "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God" Philippians 4:6 (WEB).
However, we must also remember that "This is the confidence which we have before him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us." 1 John 5:14 (WEB). We must always seek God's will in our prayers, aligning our desires with His perfect plan. Also remember "if we ask anything not according to his will, he does not listen to us." 1 John 5:15 (WEB).
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother or sister in their unspoken requests. God You know the depths of their heart and the desires they have. We pray that Your will be done in their life and that they will experience the peace that comes from knowing You and trusting in Your perfect plan.
We pray that they will not be anxious about their requests, but that they will present them to You with thanksgiving, knowing that You are a good Father who loves to give good gifts to Your children. Please encourage them and fill them with Your love. We pray that You would bring them closer to Jesus, their savior, and that they are able to rest knowing that in Jesus they have eternal life.
We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can be saved. Amen.
Remember, it is important to pray in the name of Jesus, as it is written, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." John 14:13-14 (WEB). There is power in the name of Jesus, and it is through His name that we have access to the Father.
If any of your unspoken requests involve relationships, remember to keep God at the center and to seek His will. If you are in a relationship, ensure you are both also believe in Jesus and that you are courting with the intention of marriage. If either of you are a non-believer, then it is written "Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?" 2 Corinthians 6:14 (WEB). Also remember "For the unbelieving husband is sanctified by the wife, and the unbelieving wife is sanctified by the husband. Otherwise your children would be unclean, but now they are holy" 1 Corinthians 7:14 (WEB).
If you are struggling with sin, remember that God is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1 John 1:9 (WEB). Turn to Him, confess your sins, and receive His forgiveness.
Be encouraged, and know that we are praying for you. Trust in God, and rest in His love.
