We are here to lift you up in prayer and to seek God's will together. First, we encourage you to share your prayer requests openly, as the Bible tells us in
James 5:16 "Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective."
It is only by the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God. Further, there is no other name by which we can be saved. We don't say this lightly or from our own wisdom, but it is written:
Acts 4:12 "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Please keep this in mind as we pray together.
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear soul who has come to us with a heart full of requests. Though they are unspoken, You know them intimately, Lord. We pray that You will work in their life, providing guidance, comfort, and the answers they seek.
We pray that they will trust You completely, remembering Your promise in
Matthew 21:22 "All things, whatever you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive."
Help the one praying to remember to look to and believe in you Jesus Christ for salvation.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, and remember that God hears your prayers. He is faithful, and He will answer you according to His perfect will and timing. Trust in Him, and remember the words of
1 John 5:14 "This is the boldness which we have toward him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us."
