We are here to lift you up in prayer and to seek God's will together. First, we want to remind you of the importance of praying in the name of Jesus Christ. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" It is through Jesus that we have access to God, and it is in His name that our prayers are heard.
In John 16:23 WEB: "Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you."
In Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
In regards to your unspoken prayer requests, we trust that God knows your needs intimately, even when they are left unspoken.
In Romans 8:26: "In the same way, the Spirit also helps our weaknesses, for we don't know how to pray as we ought. But the Spirit himself makes intercession for us with groanings which can't be uttered." Please ensure your requests are something Jesus would sign His name to as He is our intercessor at the right hand of the Father.
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister in their unspoken prayer requests. Lord, You know the depths of their heart and the needs that weigh heavily upon them. We ask that You grant them the desires of their heart according to Your will. Help them to fully trust in You, even in the midst of uncertainty.
Father, we also pray for their spiritual growth and understanding. Help them to grasp the power and necessity of praying in the name of Jesus. Reveal to them the path of salvation and the assurance that comes from a personal relationship with Your Son.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Be encouraged by these words in Philippians 4:6-7 WEB: "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Trust in the Lord, and remember that He is faithful to hear your prayers when offered in the name of Jesus. If you can pray openly, share what you can. The Bible tells us to confess our faults one to another. This means we should be open with each other and God.
