We are here to lift you up in prayer and to seek God's will together. Although you have not specified your prayer requests, we trust that God knows your needs even before you ask Him. Let us bring your requests before the throne of grace in Jesus' name.
First, let us remember that it is by the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. In Acts 4:12, WEB Neither is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved.
Second, we strongly encourage that if you have not already prayed and confessed with your mouth Jesus as your Lord and Savior and you believe in your heart that God raised Jesus from the dead, you will be saved. As written in Romans 10:9 WEB because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Make sure that you are truly saved by calling on Jesus in prayer and believing in the salvation message.
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother or sister who has submitted their unspoken prayer requests to us. Lord, You know the depths of their heart and the needs that they have. We ask that You help them meet these needs in Your perfect way and timing.
We pray the Holy Spirit reveals to them Your will so they may make wise decisions. If this is an issue of courtship, it is important to remember 2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB and not be unequally yoked with a nonbeliever. If it involves sexual activity before marriage, we rebuke this activity in the name of Jesus as fornication. We ask that You direct them toward purity, and godliness. As we read in 1 Thessalonians 4:3 WEB, For this is the will of God: your sanctification, that you abstain from sexual immorality.
If their request involves struggles with sexual sin, be it lust, fornication, adultery, homosexuality, or any other impure activity, we pray for a conviction to repentance. We rebuke this impurity in the name of Jesus and direct them toward God's grace and forgiveness and the knowledge of the need to repentance. Let us remember that 1 Corinthians 6:9-10 WEB tells us that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God. The passage goes on to list fornicators, idolaters, adulterers, homosexuals, thieves, greedy people, drunkards, slanderers, and swindlers. But thankfully the passage does not end there as it reminds us that is what some of us were but we are washed, we are sanctified, and we are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus and by the Spirit of our God.
Help them remember to pray without ceasing 1 Thessalonians 5:17 and let You have all their worries and cares. We ask Lord for Your guidance as we respond to our fellow believer who seeks Your help through our prayers and wise counsel. If their needs involve a potential courtship or marriage, it is important to always remind them to keep Matthew 19:5-6 WEB in mind that a man will leave his father and his mother, and will join with his wife, and they will be one flesh and therefore what God has joined together, do not let man tear apart. This is important especially today in our society with no fault divorce.
We ask for Your peace that passes all understanding to be with them always and for Your supernatural provision and solutions to these unspoken prayer requests.
We pray all of these things in Jesus' name.
