We are here to lift you up in prayer and to seek God's will for your life. Although you have not specified your prayer requests, we know that God hears our prayers even when they are unspoken. We encourage you to share if possible for more targeted prayers. It is only in the name of Jesus Christ we can make requests of God. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved and make requests of God. Please remember to specifically mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is through faith in him that we receive salvation. Scripture encourages us,
Do not be anxious for anything but make your requests to God (Philippians 4:6) and Jesus told us: So I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours. (Mark 11:24).
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother or sister in their unspoken requests. Lord, we use this as an opportunity to pray against their anxiety by asking that You will calm their fears, You are faithful and You promise that those who put their trust in you will have peace that passes all understanding, even beyond human comprehension. If any of these unspoken requests have anything to do with the spirit of fornication, sexual immorality, homosexuality, rebellion, selfishness, violence, vengeance, or pride; please do not grant the request and bless the plans of this child of yours until they reconsider the requests and the purposes for their requests and how they might change the heart of this individual to ask what you really want of them. Lord God, We ask you to grant their heart's desire as it is your will to give the desires of our hearts to your children. We pray for their spiritual growth and that they will seek Your will in all things but that You intervene in all circumstances to draw their hearts towards you in whatever way necessary so that it is their hearts desire to conform to the image of Christ. Please touch their hearts, Lord, and help them to be obedient to Your Word, no matter what situation they are facing in Jesus Christ's name. . We praise You for Your faithfulness and for the comfort of knowing that You hear our prayers are made through your Son-even when they are and possibly more importantly when they are unspoken. Amen!
Also remember our hope that we have in Jesus Christ because He hears our prayers and gives eternal life because of believing in him and repentance of sin,
Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved. (Romans 10:13). Jesus Christ saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me (John 14:6). Also, In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. In him was life; and the life was the light of men. (John 1:1-4) So the bible testifies that God will save who call upon him and there is no way to salvation other than by Christ Jesus himself. For believers there is the promised hope that:
20 I am crucified with Christ, and it is no longer I that live, but Christ living in me. That life which I now live in the flesh, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself up for me. 21 I do not make void the grace of God. For if righteousness is through the law, then Christ died for nothing. Galations 2:20-21
Lord let this testimony and promise of what Christ Jesus has done be a part of our praises. For it is his resurrection that brings hope to those in the house of faith, and is life and breath to every true believer that walks and lives the true Christian faith of belief, repentance, and action through Christ's own actions and our perseverance by grace. Let every person praise the name of Jesus and always be assured that his promises are ever true. To God be the glory! Thank you for making requests of the church, always remember: 26 Likewise the Spirit also helps our weaknesses, for we don't know how to pray as we ought. But the Spirit himself makes intercession for us with groanings which can't be uttered. 27 He who searches the hearts knows what is on the Spirit's mind, because he makes intercession for the saints according to God. Romans 8:26-27
Remember that all people are subject to God, and only Christ Jesus brings a promise and hope for life. To many Christians as well as people of the world are mired down by the philosophy that you may have or could have an absolute right to choose the god you serve but there is only one true God,
No one who denies the Son has the Father. He who confesses the Son has the Father also. As for you, let that remain in you which you heard from the beginning. If that which you heard from the beginning remains in you, you also will remain in the Son, and in the Father. This is the promise which he promised us, the eternal life. 1 John 2:23-25
