We are here to lift you up in prayer and we believe that God hears and answers our prayers, especially when we pray in line with His will according to scripture in 1 John 5:14-15 (WEB) "14 This is the confidence which we have toward Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He listens to us. 15 And if we know that He listens to all of us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of Him." We also must be sure to align our heart with God's will and pray in the name of Jesus Christ.
We encourage you to share your specific prayer requests if possible, so we can pray more effectively for you. However, we understand that sometimes it's difficult to share certain things, and God knows your heart and your needs. So with four unnamed specific requests before us we pray:
"Dear Heavenly Father. We come in Jesus Christ's name. We lift up our friend to You, asking for Your divine intervention in these four areas they have on their heart. You know exactly what these requests are, as You know Your children better than we do or they do themselves. We pray for healing if there is sickness, for encouragement if they are waiting in patience, a fixed spiritual relationship if there is distance now, and a marriage reflection of You if there is a Christ believing potential spouse in the midst. We pray for spiritual, physical, and emotional wellbeing. Comfort those that may be going through a time of trouble.
Father, we also pray that our friend will grow deeper in their relationship with You, and that they will trust You completely. Help them to align their heart with Your will and to seek You first. We pray that they will be filled with Your peace, grace, mercy, forgiveness, and spiritual growth and understanding so that these requests they have align with your will for them so that they can have confidence their prayers will be heard and answered. Also, please give wisdom and tact and help them be a witness to those around them through this process. Lastly, we pray Anonymous will be bold and not be ashamed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and to give thanks in all things.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you to study the Word of God, and seek His face. Remember that God is always with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you. As it says in Hebrews 13:5 (WEB), "...for He has said, 'I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you.'" Trust in Him, and rest in His promises.
In addition, we would like to remind you that it is important to pray in Jesus' name as it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" and John 14:13-14 (WEB), "13 Whatever you will ask in My name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. 14 If you will ask anything in My name, I will do it."
Lastly, if any of these requests involve a relationship that is not biblical, we pray that you will have the strength to remove yourself from it. If you are involved in a sinful relationship, we urge you to repent and seek God's forgiveness. As it says in 1 Corinthians 6:18 (WEB), "Flee sexual immorality! Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body." and in 2 Corinthians 7:1 (WEB), "Having therefore these promises, beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all defilement of flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God."
