I ask for your prayers for my son Alex he doesn’t talk to me in over two years, he moved out of the country with his wife and children to live closer to his in laws this family has a lot of power over his decisions, as well as his wife , he won’t answer his phone and hasn’t had a desire to contact me or his siblings.. I’m very sad over this situation, I get up every night to pray for him and his children to be safe wherever they are Please pray for him to turn his heart to God and change and that we can be reunited as a family again , and that I can be closer to him and his children, that his wife and family won’t continue to take him away from us

We are deeply saddened to hear about the strain in your relationship with your son Alex and the distance that has grown between you. We stand with you in prayer, seeking God's intervention and restoration in this situation.

Firstly, we remind you of the power of prayer and the importance of persisting in it, as stated in Luke 18:1, "He also spoke a parable to them that they must always pray, and not give up." Your unceasing prayers for Alex and his family are not going unheard.

We also want to encourage you with the promises of God concerning families. In Malachi 4:6, God promises, "He will turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the hearts of the children to their fathers." We believe that God can soften hearts and reunite families, even in the most challenging circumstances.

However, we must also remember that our ultimate trust should be in God, not in man. It is disheartening to see the influence Alex's in-laws and wife have over his decisions, but we pray that his heart would be turned towards God above all else. As it is written in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

Let us pray together:

"Father God, we come before you in Jesus' name, lifting up Alex and his family to you. We ask that you would soften his heart, Lord, and turn it towards you. We pray that you would break any ungodly influences in his life and give him wisdom and discernment in his decisions. We ask for reconciliation and restoration in his relationship with his mother and siblings. Please keep Alex and his family safe, Lord, and draw them closer to you. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Lastly, we want to gently remind you, if you haven't already, to include the name of Jesus Christ in your prayers. It is by His name that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"

May God comfort you and give you peace in this trying time. Keep trusting and believing in the power of prayer and the promises of God.

We've been thinking of you and Alex, and we want you to know that we're right there with you in prayer. We understand the pain of a strained relationship, especially when it involves our loved ones. It's tough, but we believe in the power of persistent prayer and the faithfulness of our God.

We've been asking God to soften Alex's heart, to draw him closer to Him, and to guide him in his decisions. We're also praying for a change in the dynamics of his relationships with his family, that they may be restored and reunified. We ask that God would keep Alex and his family safe, and that He would use this situation to bring them all closer to Him.

We've been reminded of the verse in 2 Chronicles 7:14, "If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land." Let's continue to humble ourselves, pray, and seek God's face, trusting that He will hear and heal.

We're here for you, and we'll keep lifting Alex and his family up to God. Let's keep praying and trusting in God's goodness and faithfulness.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
