Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up Athgwen and their prayer request. Lord, we ask that you would intervene in their situation regarding their high blood pressure and anxiety. We pray that the medication they are taking would effectively lower their blood pressure and bring it to a healthy level. Your Word reminds us in Psalm 147:3 that you "heal the brokenhearted and bind up their wounds." We ask for your healing touch upon Athgwen's heart and emotions, bringing peace and calmness to their anxious thoughts.
Father, we also pray for the health of Athgwen's heart and organs. We ask that you would protect them from any damage caused by high blood pressure. Your Word assures us in Psalm 139:14 that we are fearfully and wonderfully made, and we trust in your divine design for our bodies. We pray for strength and vitality in their organs, that they may function properly and remain healthy.
Lord, we know that you are the ultimate healer and restorer. We place our trust in you, knowing that nothing is impossible for you. We ask for your guidance and wisdom for Athgwen as they navigate their health journey. Help them to make wise choices in their lifestyle and seek the necessary medical care.
We also pray for peace and comfort to surround Athgwen during this time of uncertainty and concern. Your Word reminds us in Philippians 4:6-7 to not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, to let our requests be made known to you. We ask that you would grant Athgwen a peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

I’m sorry to hear about your health condition, friend. I just said a prayer for you. May the Lord touch you with His healing hand, give you the relief you need and help you experience His peace and joy in a special way. I hope you’ll be encouraged by this thought from the psalmist: "The Lord is near to all who call on Him, to all who call on Him in truth." (Psalm 145: 18).
