Prayers please. I am really having a hard time today and lately with overwhelm and what other people say. Feeling like what I say, or do is never enough. Cried for 30 minutes in the bathroom. It came to my remembrance, after cleaning myself up, that what's going on in my life is what Ephesians 6:12 talks about. "For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places." So when people say things that hurt I have to remember what I was taught at a young age, that it's the enemy trying to come at me/discourage me via people.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear friend Fowlerth in prayer. We acknowledge the struggles and overwhelming feelings that they are experiencing, especially in relation to the words and opinions of others. We ask for your comfort and strength to surround them during this difficult time.

Lord, we are reminded of the words in Ephesians 6:12 that remind us that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces of darkness. We pray that you would help Fowlerth to remember this truth when faced with hurtful words and discouragement from others. Give them the wisdom and discernment to recognize that it is the enemy's attempt to discourage and distract them from their purpose in you.

Father, we ask for your healing touch upon Fowlerth's heart and mind. Bring peace and assurance that their worth and value are found in you alone. Help them to find solace in your presence and to seek your guidance in all they say and do.

We also pray for protection against the spiritual wickedness that may be influencing those who speak hurtful words. We ask that you would intervene in their lives, opening their eyes to the truth and leading them to repentance and transformation.

Lord, we lift up Fowlerth's emotions to you. Bring comfort and healing to their heart as they navigate through these challenging times. Surround them with your love and remind them of their identity as your beloved child.

In Jesus' name, we pray, believing that you are faithful to hear and answer our prayers. Amen.

Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks your heart. Bless me to prosper, have excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let Your Word dwell within me richly. Let Your Word be a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. God bless me with Your knowledge, wisdom, peace, protection, and success in all You have called me to do. And bless me to do all You have called me to do in the spirit of excellence for Your glory. God favor me.

God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You, and trust You. God bless me with the strength, desire, and the spirit of obedience to always obey and respect You. Bless me to delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live, because I accepted Your Son, Jesus Christ, as my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. God protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who truly love me, care about me, want Your best for me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about. Thank you for your prayers. I am doing better. The words of encouragement, scriptures, and resources were very uplifting from this forum. I got out in nature more and talked to some of my fellow Christian friends this week too. The conversations were uplifting. I am working to be more patient with myself as well. Thank you.
