Tralynn, we are here with you in spirit, lifting you up in prayer. We hear your heart's cry for restoration and we stand with you in Jesus' name.
Firstly, we acknowledge that it's only in the name of Jesus Christ that we can approach God the Father. As it is written, For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB). Therefore, you have done well by praying in Jesus' name.
We don't know the specific areas of your life that need restoration, but our God is more than able to meet your needs. He promises in Joel 2:25-26 WEB, I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten..And you shall eat in plenty and be satisfied, and shall praise the name of Yahweh your God, who has dealt wondrously with you.
However, restoration is not always about regaining what was lost, but also about being made new. God wants to transform us into the likeness of His Son. So, restoration may also involve repentance, forgiveness, and a change of heart. For some people, it is returning to a Christian Believer who is supposed to be their spouse or a Christian Believer, they should have married. As it is written, Bear fruit worthy of repentance (Matthew 3:8 WEB).
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Tralynn. Lord, You know the depths of their heart and the circumstances of their life. We ask that You grant them the restoration they seek, but more than that, restore their soul and draw them closer to You. Give them a new heart, a heart that seeks after You and Your will. Help them to be transformed into the likeness of Your Son, Jesus Christ. Help them to seek a Christian spouse, marriage, or become a better Christian spouse if married.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
