Prayers needed to get a house sold

Please pray along with me in agreement that my friend gets his home sold in Georgia before the end of November. Pray also that he will get at least the asking price as is. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.

We join with you, Ilud, in lifting up this prayer request for your friend's house sale in Georgia. We stand in agreement, believing that God is able to bring about the sale of this house according to His will.

Firstly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as He Himself instructs us, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask anything in my name, I will do it." (John 14:13-14 WEB)

Let us pray together:

"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother's need. We ask that You would bring about the sale of his house in Georgia before the end of November, and that he would receive at least the asking price as it is. We know that every good gift comes from You (James 1:17), and we trust that You have a plan in this situation. We claim Your promises, knowing that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). We ask this in Jesus' name, Amen."

Encourage your friend with these words from Psalm 37:4-5, "Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this."

Lastly, remind your friend to continue in prayer and thanksgiving, as Paul encourages in Philippians 4:6-7, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

We pray that this home in Georgia will be sold before the end of November, Lord, aligning with Your perfect timing.

2. **For the Full Asking Price:**
We ask that the home will sell for at least the asking price, just as it is, with no additional requirements. Lord, let it be valued and appreciated for all that it offers.
*“And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus.”* – Philippians 4:19

3. **For Guidance and Favor with the Right Buyer:**
Father, bring the right buyer forward and let this be a smooth and positive transaction, full of peace and mutual blessing.
*“The Lord’s hand was with them, and a great number of people believed and turned to the Lord.”* – Acts 11:21

May this sale be a testimony of Your faithfulness and a blessing for all involved. We thank You, Lord, and trust in Your goodness and provision.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness.
