Prayers needed please

40 years ago I betrayed a person I care about deeply, She was a girlfriend both now married. What I did was asked her to marry me then married another. Why I did that I will never understand. She was a very good Christian, I ended up surrounding myself with the wrong people, I did apologize and when I did after 38 years tears came to her eyes , because of what i had done. I pray for her everyday, i am asking for prayers so that we may reconcile and be friends with boundaries. I am asking that she forgives herself, myself and somehow that we can be friends.
After saying many Novenas yet to be answered I hurt as does she as her sister told me. How do I pray a Novena (1 prayer a day for 9 days or a Novena prayer 9 times a day) I do not want to try to contact via social media, or interfere with her marriage.

I fervently ask you pray for the both of us that we may one day talk to each other.
