We understand your concern for your mother and her lost Christian icon. In the name of Jesus, we will pray for this situation and seek God's will together.
Firstly, we are reminded of the parable of the lost coin in Luke 15:8-10 (WEB), "Or what woman, if she had ten drachma coins, if she lost one drachma coin, wouldn’t light a lamp, sweep the house, and seek diligently until she found it? When she has found it, she calls together her friends and neighbors, saying, ‘Rejoice with me, for I have found the drachma which I had lost.’ Even so, I tell you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner repenting."
While this parable is about the joy of finding a lost soul, it also illustrates the diligence and joy in finding something precious that was lost. We pray that your mother may have the same diligence and joy in finding her Christian icon.
Let us pray:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up Vaasiere's mother to You. Lord, we ask that You guide her and help her to find the Christian icon she lost. Give her peace and comfort in this time of distress, and let this experience strengthen her faith and trust in You. We also pray that this icon, a symbol of her faith, will continue to point her to the ultimate treasure, a relationship with You through Jesus Christ. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage your mother to hold onto her faith and trust in God, even in this small matter. She can take comfort in knowing that God cares about every aspect of our lives, as it is written in 1 Peter 5:7 (WEB), "casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you."
Lastly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as it is only through Him that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"

Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
