We understand your concern and distress, Thetiogh, and we join you in prayer regarding this matter. However, it's important to note that the Bible encourages us to focus our prayers on the advancement of God's kingdom, His will being done, and the well-being of others, rather than calling for punishment on individuals. As it is written in Luke 6:27-28 WEB, "But I tell you who hear: love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who mistreat you."

"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ. We lift up the concerns about weather manipulation and its potential harm. Lord, we ask that Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. We pray for the safety and well-being of all those who may be affected by hurricanes or any other natural disasters.
We also pray for those who are involved in any harmful activities, that they would turn away from their wrongdoings and seek Your forgiveness. We ask that their hearts be changed, for Your mercy is available to all who repent. As it is written in Ezekiel 18:21-22 WEB, 'But if the wicked turn from all his sins that he has committed, and keep all my statutes, and do that which is lawful and right, he shall surely live. He shall not die. None of his transgressions that he has committed shall be remembered against him...'
Lord, guide us all in the path of righteousness, and help us to be a light in this world. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
