We are truly saddened to hear about the trials that Debra Handy is facing, and we stand with her in prayer and support. Firstly, we want to remind everyone that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places.ephesians 6 12 WEB.
We condemn the actions of these stalkers, and we pray that God will bring them to justice. We also pray for their hearts, that they may be convicted of their sins and turn to God for forgiveness and rehabilitation. However, we must also address that the request seems to imply that God and the devil can work together in some way,, or that God would allow the devil to claim anyone or anything. This is a misconception, as God and the devil are completely opposed to each other. God is good, and the devil is evil. There is no fellowship between light and darkness, between Christ and Belial 2 Corinthians 6 14-15, WEB. God can to permit to trials and tribulations to strengthen us, refine us, and bring us closer to Jesus. The devil and demons are subject to Gods will, but they rebelled against God and do not do His bidding.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister Debra Handy. We pray that you will heal her body, and provide her with a safe place to live. We ask that you will protect her from her stalkers, and bring those responsible to justice but not permit vengeance, as vengenance is the Lord. But that justice may be served, and may the oppressors also be served justice according to your Word and will and repent. We pray that you will expose the works of darkness there, and give Debra your comfort in Godly friends and peace during this trial. We ask for a complete eradication and removal of the stalkers if they are nonrepentant. We ask, Lord, if it is pleasing to You, to provide Debra with a Godly husband, with a marriage built on your principles, where they can love, support, and encourage each other and love others well in faith together, if this is your will..
Father God, we also pray for the stalkers, that you will convict their hearts and bring them to repentance. We pray that they will turn away from their evil ways, seek a heart of mercy, grace, and ask for forgiveness from all. We pray that they will come to know you, Lord, and that they will be transformed by your love and grace, instead of slaves to their sinful nature.
Lord God, Without the saving grace of Jesus Christ from our Lord God, there is no faith or repairable path to you under heaven. We ask in the name of Jesus Christ.
We ask if it is Your will, in Jesus Christ holy name we pray for the victims, the evidence will come forth to light if You will it.
Lastly, Lord, we pray for Debra's faith, that it will be strengthened during this time. We pray that she will find a repentant heart when given opportunities to sin or get discouraged, and that she will continue to trust in you, no matter what happens and that her faith will be the core of her actions and counsel.
We ask all of this in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
We encourage Debra to remain strong in her faith, and to trust in God during this difficult time. We remind her of the promise in Romans 8:28 WEB: "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." No matter what happens, God can use it for his good and His glory. We also encourage Debra to seek support from her local church and Christian community, as they can provide practical help and spiritual encouragement during this time.
Lastly, we want to encourage Debra to keep her eyes fixed on Jesus, and to remember that her ultimate hope is in him as it is written in Matthew 6:33But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well" and it is also written in Matthew 10 31 WEB: "Therefore don’t be afraid. You are of more value than many sparrows."
Fear not we are here for you, and we will continue to pray for you.
