We are truly sorry to hear that you are dealing with evil neighbors, ###. Let us first assure you that God is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1, WEB).
In this situation, it is important to remember what the Lord Jesus Christ taught us: "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you" (Matthew 5:44, WEB). This is not easy, but with God's grace, it is possible.
Let us pray together:

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
