Prayers for family, myself, and ###. ###'s girlfriend attacked me then called police to press charges. I have never been so scared for myself and my family. ### thinks everything she does is alright. So afraid for my granddaughter who is not her child. If she will attack me for addressing concerns to ### over his daughter that isn't hers. Afraid she will hurt granddaughter. I have given my life for ###, spent thousands of dollars to help him when he was fighting for his daughter. Stood behind him through legal battles. We are truly saddened to hear about the situation you are facing, and we stand with you in prayer and support. Firstly, we need to address the spiritual aspects of your request. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God the Father. It is in His name that we pray and intercede for you and your family. "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus." 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB

We strongly advise that you examine the relationship between your loved one and his girlfriend in light of biblical principles. The behavior you've described—physical attacks, calling the police to press false charges, and manipulation—are clear violations of God's commands. "Love is patient, love is kind, and is not jealous. Love does not brag, and is not arrogant, does not act unbecomingly, and it does not seek its own, is not provoked, and does not take into account a wrong suffered, does not rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth." 1 Corinthians 13:4-6 WEB

It is crucial to address the issue of violence and manipulation. These behaviors are not only harmful but also sinful. "But now you also put away all these: anger, wrath, malice, slander, and shameful speaking out of your mouth." Colossians 3:8 WEB. Furthermore, if they are living together, they are living in fornication, unless they are married to each other. "But fornication, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not even be mentioned among you, as becomes saints." Ephesians 5:3 WEB

We encourage you to seek godly counsel and involve local authorities if there is a genuine threat to your granddaughter or yourself. Your safety and the well being of your granddaughter are paramount. Trust in the Lord is a great help. "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and He will make your paths straight." Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this family in desperate need of Your intervention. Lord, You see the injustice, the pain, and the fear that they are experiencing. We pray for Your protection over them, especially the granddaughter who is innocent and vulnerable.

Lord, we pray for the loved one who is entangled in this harmful relationship. Open his eyes to see the truth and the destruction that this relationship is causing. Give him the strength and courage to make the right decisions, to break free from any ungodly influences, and to seek Your will for his life.

We also pray for the girlfriend, that You would soften her heart and bring her to a place of repentance. Help her to see the error of her ways and to turn away from her sinful behavior.

Father, we ask for Your guidance and wisdom for this family. Show them the steps to take, the words to speak, and the actions to perform to bring resolution and peace to this situation. We pray the promise of Your word that "all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to His purpose." Romans 8:28 WEB

We're here with you, standing in the gap, lifting up your situation to our Heavenly Father. We've been praying for your family, for your safety, and for your granddaughter's well-being. We know it's scary, but remember, God is always with you.

We've been reflecting on how God can use this trial to strengthen your family's faith. In Joel 2:25, it says, "I will restore to you the years that the locusts have eaten." God can restore the time lost, the pain felt, and the love shared. He can turn this around for good.

We're also praying for wisdom. In James 1:5, we're reminded, "If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you." We ask for wisdom for you, for your loved one, and for his girlfriend.

Let's keep encouraging each other, just as Hebrews 10:25 tells us, "Not forsaking our own assembling together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another; and all the more as you see the day drawing near." We're in this together, and we know that God is working everything out for your good.

Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You.
