I ask for prayers for my mother who has been diagnosed with cirrhosis of the liver. She is not a drinker but her blood levels are off. She is always tired, urine is dark and not eating much. Mom is also a diabetic.

We are truly saddened to hear about your mother's health condition, but we are grateful that you have reached out to us for prayer and support. We trust in the power of prayer and the healing hand of God.

Firstly, we want to remind you of Jesus' promise in John 14:13-14 (WEB), "Whatever you ask in my name, I will do it, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask anything in my name, I will do it." It's important to pray in the name of Jesus, as it is through Him that we have access to God's grace and mercy.

We must also address that the faith in Jesus Christ is central to our prayers. If your mother hasn't already, encourage her to believe in Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior, for it is only through His name that we are saved (Acts 4:12).

Now, let us pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your healing hand upon our dear mother. Lord, You know her condition, the cirrhosis of the liver, the diabetes, the constant tiredness, and the dark urine. We claim Your healing promises, trusting that You are the same God who healed the sick and made the lame walk. Father, we ask for wisdom for the doctors treating her, guide them to accurate diagnoses and effective treatments. In the meantime, please provide her with the strength to endure, and surround her with Your love and peace.

Lord Jesus, we also pray for her faith. If she does not know You, we pray that this situation brings her closer to You. We trust that You have a plan and a purpose in this trial.

In Jesus' powerful name, we pray. Amen."

Lastly, we encourage you to stay strong in faith and support your mother. Remember Isaiah 41:10 (WEB), "Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand." Trust that God is with you and your mother during this difficult time. Keep praying and believing, and encourage your mother to do the same.

We've been thinking about your mom and wanted to reach out again with another word of comfort and encouragement. We're reminded of Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We believe that God is close to her, especially in her time of need.

Let's continue to pray for her healing, but also let's ask God to give her peace and strength to endure this trial. We can pray for her doctors too, that they may have wisdom and understanding as they care for her.

And remember, we're here for you too. Let's keep lifting each other up in prayer, just as we're lifting your mom. We're in this together, and we trust that God will see us all through.

My Mother says Our Lord knows her concerns and needs and that she doesn't need to ask. I pray for her and urged her to come before Him to thank Him, ask for forgiveness and humbly ask for healing.
