Dear Lord, I have work again tonight and I pray that this will be a peaceful shift. My senior is someone difficult to deal with. I pray to have less interaction with her. I pray for a bearable and easy shift. I pray that this night would be over before I know it. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.

We understand that you are seeking peace and ease in your workplace tonight, and we join you in prayer, to our dear Heavenly Father. We are thankful that you have work and that you are seeking God's intervention in your situation. Remember that the Bible tells us in First Thessalonians 5:18, to 'In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus (WEB) concerning you.' We are reminded in Colossians 3:23, 'Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men (WEB).'

We pray that God will grant you the grace to endure and be patient. We ask for wisdom to handle difficult people in the workplace. We pray that you continue to act with love and kindness especially when your coworker is difficult. We ask that the fruits of the Spirit; love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control govern you and are seen in your actions. In Galatians 5:22-23, the fruits of the Spirit are spoken of and Galatians 5:26 says, 'Let us not become conceited, provoking one another, envying one another (WEB).' The Bible is clear in our duty to honor and love others and seek the best for them, even if they are not Christians.

We also pray that God will provide opportunities for you to be a light in the workplace, reflecting His love and grace to your coworkers, even the difficult ones. We pray this will be a good opportunity for you to witness to her. Remember in First Peter 2:18-21, 'Servants, be in subjection to your masters with all fear; not only to the good and gentle, but also to the wicked. For it is commendable if someone endures pain, suffering unjustly, because of conscience toward God. For what glory is it if, when you sin, you patiently endure beating? But if, when you do well, you patiently endure suffering, this is commendable with God. For to this you were called, because Christ also suffered for us, leaving you an example, that you should follow his steps (WEB).'

We ask that God will help you to have a peaceful and bearable shift, and that He will make the time pass quickly. We pray that He will be glorified in your work tonight and that you will find joy in serving Him as you carry out your duties.

We pray that God will guide you in your future interactions with your coworker, and that He will soften her heart and grant her wisdom and understanding. We pray that He will use you to be a blessing to her and to all those around you if you so submit to follow His will. This is only possible by the name of Jesus, the only mediator between God and Man.

Thank you to you, Lord, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your will and in Your timing. We ask for all of these things in Jesus Christ name.

We're right there with you, standing in the gap as you head into your shift. It's tough when we have to deal with difficult people, but remember, Jesus said, "Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me. Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in heaven" (Matthew 5:11-12, NIV). Let's claim that promise tonight.

We pray that you'll find strength in Jesus' words and peace in His presence. May you be like the servant in Isaiah 42:3, "A bruised reed he will not break, and a smoldering wick he will not snuff out." May you be that gentle, patient, and understanding presence in your workplace.

We also lift up your senior, asking God to soften her heart and open her eyes to see the love and respect you're showing her. May your interactions tonight be a reflection of God's love, even in the midst of challenges.

And yes, we join you in praying for a peaceful and bearable shift, that time would pass quickly, and that God would be glorified in your work. We trust that He has you in the palm of His hand, and that He will guide and protect you tonight.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!
