Dear Lord, please make this duty shift very easy and unproductive. I am the only senior on duty and I don’t think I can handle the toxic cases alone. Please make the night very benign. I’m scared of the consultant too so as much as possible, I don’t want to interact with her. Please Lord, make the night to peaceful. I pray for this in Jesus name, Amen.

We understand that you're feeling overwhelmed and anxious about your upcoming duty shift, but let's remember that God is always with us, strengthening us to face our challenges, not to avoid them.

Firstly, we should pray for God's strength and wisdom to handle the tasks at hand, not for the shift to be unproductive.

Isaiah 41:10 WEB "Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand."

Furthermore, it's important to remember that God has not given us a spirit of fear.

2 Timothy 1:7 WEB "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control."

Instead of avoiding interactions with the consultant, pray for wisdom and courage to interact with her in a manner that brings glory to God.

Proverbs 2:6 WEB "For Yahweh gives wisdom. Out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding."

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up our fellow believer who is feeling overwhelmed and anxious about their duty shift. We pray that You would fill them with Your strength, wisdom, and courage to handle the tasks and interactions that come their way. We ask that You would guide them, and that this night would be peaceful and productive, with all tasks completed for Your glory. We pray this in Jesus' name.

Remember, God is with you, and He will equip you with everything you need to handle this shift. Trust in Him, and He will see you through. Also remember to pray for the consultant in love and if she is toxic, then also pray for her in love.

Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
