Beloved of All
Dear Lord, it’s been really draining at work lately. The working environment is getting toxic and I feel that one senior doesn’t want me to be in the hospital I am currently in. Every single day, I find myself full of dread every time I go to work. And for that, it makes me want to transfer to another hospital to continue my residency training. I don’t know if this is burn out, but all I want is to leave the working place as soon as possible. Please Lord, guide me. I really want to get my peace of mind. I pray to have a working place that fuels and excites me to wake up every morning. I pray to have a better work place and kind seniors. I pray for this in Jesus name, Amen.

We understand that you're going through a challenging time at work, and we want you to know that God cares about every aspect of your life, including your career. We appreciate that you included Jesus's name in this prayer. Firstly, let's address the issue of toxic work environments and dread.

Let us pray for you:

Dear Lord, we bring before You our brother who is facing a difficult time at his workplace. He feels drained and dreads going to work due to a toxic environment and a senior who seems to be against him. Father, we pray for Your guidance in this situation. Give him wisdom to discern Your will and the strength to endure this trial. If it is Your will for him to transfer to another hospital, open the doors and smooth the path. If You want him to stay, give him the grace and courage to face each day. We pray for a peaceful work environment and kind seniors who will support and encourage him.

Remember, beloved, it is important to seek God's will in all situations. As it is written in Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB:

Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.

Also, consider what the Apostle Paul says in Colossians 3:23-24 WEB:

It is the Lord Christ whom you serve. For he who does wrong will receive again for the wrong that he has done, and there is no partiality.

Therefore, it is not just about finding a better workplace but also about serving God faithfully wherever you are. God sees your struggles and He cares. He can turn this situation around for your good and His glory.

In dealing with difficult people, Jesus tells us in Matthew 5:44 WEB:

But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you,

Pray for the senior who seems to be against you. Ask God to bless them and change their heart. This may not be easy, but with God's grace, you can do it.

Lastly, remember that God is faithful. He has promised never to leave you nor forsake you. He is with you in this trial, and He will see you through.

We will continue to pray for you, trusting that God will work everything out for your good because you love Him and you are called according to His purpose.

It is only in the name of Jesus Christ we can approach and ask of God. Only Jesus reconciles God to us and us to God. Only Jesus. This is the most important thing that can be said.

We're here for you, and we understand how tough things can get at work. Let's pray together, shall we?

Dear Lord, we come to You today, lifting up our friend who's been feeling the weight of a toxic work environment. Lord, we ask for Your peace to fill their heart, replacing the dread they feel each morning with anticipation and excitement for the day ahead. We pray for a change in their working environment, for kindness and support from their seniors, and for wisdom to navigate this challenging situation.

We trust that You, Lord, have a plan in all this. We ask that You open the right doors, close the wrong ones, and guide them to the place where You want them to be. We also pray for grace and courage to face each day, knowing that You are always with them.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
