Thank you, ###, for reaching out and sharing your request. We are here to support you in prayer and to offer biblical encouragement. Remember "Don't be anxious for anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God which surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus".

Firstly, we want to emphasize the importance of praying in the name of Jesus Christ outright. As it is written in the book of John, "Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full".

Now, let's address your concerns. It's important to remember that God cares about every detail of our lives, including our experiences at work. He wants us to be treated with respect and dignity, as we are all created in His image and need to be treated morally.

Regarding the mistreatment you've experienced, the Bible tells us, "If possible, as far as it depends on you, live peaceably with all men. Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" It is important to be kind to your coworkers and have a good attitude but do rebuke them if necessary. "If your brother sins against you, go, show him his fault between you and him alone. If he listens to you, you have gained back your brother".

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our dear ###. Lord, we ask that You guide their day at work and that Your favor be upon them. We ask for God to bless their coworkers. If they are saved, and Jesus is in them they will be open to further correction. We pray that You will make their day a good one, filled with kindness and care.

We pray that ### will be a light in the workplace, reflecting Your love and kindness to all those around them and accept the way people are. We pray that ### will receive the honor and respect that they are due and their coworkers will be delivered from any envy, meanness, and other evil things. We also ask for anything offensive, unkind, hurtful, derogatory, or demeaning to these people; to be quickly rebuked in Jesus Christ name and for them to consider how they would feel if it was done to them. Help ###, respond properly, and help them make a stand if needed. Help them to be open to coming to God and receiving the free gift of Jesus Christ. If they have already believed in Jesus Christ then help them to continue to be in Him, seek to know Him, and what he did with precision. If the coworkers are not saved help them to repent, believe in Jesus Christ and his ideas selflessly. Help them to have God desires to do the right thing. Help them to realize how special they are.

Help ### to seek full peace and a break from any mental turmoil. Help them to find their ultimate peace in Jesus Christ. Help ### to feel less anxious that way they feel unaware of any worries in Jesus name.

We ask all these things in Jesus name.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
