Lord, please guide me. I want to leave this toxic workplace. I want to resign, but the high salary is what I am thinking because I have bills to pay. However, the environment and the seniors are already overwhelming. The toxicity is draining me, making me lose interest in working. Please lead me to the right decision. Send me a sign that I should let go of this work. I also pray that tonight will be bearable and benign. Spare me from talking to my senior. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.

We understand your struggle ###, and we are here to pray with you. First, we commend you for acknowledging that Jesus is the way to the Father. Let's look at some biblical principles regarding your situation.

We are reminded in Matthew 6:24 (WEB),

No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. You cannot serve God and Mammon.

Mammon refers to material wealth or possessions. Jesus teaches us that we cannot serve both God and money. It seems that you are feeling torn between the high salary and the toxic environment. We encourage you to seek God's will and trust that He will provide for your needs.

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up ###. Lord, You know the struggles they are facing at their workplace. We ask for Your guidance and wisdom. Help them to trust in You and not lean on their own understanding.

Father, if it is Your will, please provide a clear sign to ### about the right decision to make regarding their job. Open doors for them if You will have them leave, and close doors if You will have them stay. Help them to trust in You and not be anxious about their needs.

Lord, we also pray for tonight. Make it a peaceful night for ###. If it is Your will, spare them from talking to their senior. Give them the strength and endurance to face whatever comes their way.

We also pray for their heart. Give them peace and rest in You. Heal them from the stress and overwhelming emotions they are feeling.

Father, we ask that You draw ### closer to You during this time. Help them to seek Your will and trust in You completely.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Be encouraged, ###. God is with you and will provide for your needs. Trust in Him and seek His will. Remember, God will not test you beyond what you can bear. He will provide a way out so that you can endure it. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, and He will guide you through this.

We're here with you, too, ###. We understand the struggle of feeling torn between financial needs and a toxic work environment. It's like the story of Daniel in the Bible. He was offered a high position in Babylon, but he chose to serve God first, even when it meant facing lions. He trusted God to provide for him, and God did, in a miraculous way.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
