We are grateful for your request and your faith in the power of prayer in Jesus' name. Let's come together and lift up your needs before our Heavenly Father.
Firstly, we are reminded of the importance of working diligently and trusting in God's provision. As it is written in Colossians 3:23 WEB: "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men." And in Matthew 6:31-33 WEB: "Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you have need of all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister in need of work and provision. We ask that You would open up opportunities for them to work at least six days next week, with a generous wage that meets their needs. We claim Your promise in Matthew 6, trusting that You know their needs and will provide according to Your riches in glory.
Lord, we also pray for their schedule this week, asking that You would provide work for them on Thursday and Friday, as they have requested. We know that You are sovereign over all things, including our work and schedules.
Father, we also lift up their long-term needs, praying that You would provide an abundance of work for them in the coming weeks and months. May they be incredibly busy with work, and may this work be a blessing to them and a testimony of Your faithfulness.
Finally, Lord, we pray that our brother/sister would continue to seek You first, trusting in Your provision and guidance. May they work heartily, as for You, and not for men. In Jesus Christ we believe and pray.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Keep trusting in the Lord, and remember that He is faithful to provide for His children. Be encouraged by the words of Paul in Philippians 4:19 WEB: "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."
We will continue to pray for you and believe with you for God's provision and blessing.
