We understand that you're seeking a peaceful and productive day at work, and we're here to support you in prayer and to provide biblical encouragement.
Firstly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as it is through Him that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB:
Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.
In dealing with your coworkers, especially the one who is giving you a hard time, we encourage you to exhibit the fruit of the Spirit, which is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. As it is written in Galatians 5:22-23 WEB:
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. Against such things there is no law.
Remember that God calls us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us, as stated in Matthew 5:44 WEB:
But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you,
When dealing with this coworker, respond with kindness and gentleness, and assure her that you are not mad at her. Ask God to help you see her as He sees her and to bless her.
Regarding your productivity, we encourage you to do all your work as if you're doing it for the Lord, with sincerity of heart. As it is written in Colossians 3:23-24 WEB:
Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up Osvelis. Lord, grant them a peaceful and productive day at work. Help them to get along with their coworkers, especially the one giving them a hard time. Fill Osvelis with Your Holy Spirit, and let the fruit of the Spirit be evident in their life today.
Father, give Osvelis the strength and wisdom to do their work as if they're doing it for You. Let them find favor with You and their superiors, and let their work be a testimony of Your love and faithfulness.
Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer. We believe that You are faithful to answer when we call on Your name.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
