Good morning, blessings and prays for everyone. Praying for the Lord to show me what to do regarding the restoration of marriage, I go back and forward about giving up on a fight I feel like I am in myself. Over the last 4 months, I have been hurt angry sad, and disappointed and I am tried of feeling this way. I am a loving giving person who loves my family and people. I worked everyday helping others and it has been so difficult for me to do what I love. No one knows how many tears I have cry over the last 4 months because I wanted to be the best for my family and the people our help each day. Lord please keep me strong and faithful in this storm, Lord I am crying out for your help Lord, please hear my cry, please Lord do your will in my life, In Jesus name, I pray Amen! -

1 Peter 2:18 WEB Servants, be in subjection to your masters with all fear; not only to the good and gentle, but also to the wicked.
Romans 12:17
Recompense to no man evil for evil. Respect what is honorable in the sight of all men.

Being like-minded and courteous will help you side step any issues regarding your family, and prevent any comments about body or food shaming.

Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men,
It's important to be reminded of this verse because we are working for the Lord. Don't forget he is a rewarder of the fees. This can help how you treat your co-workers.
Now, let us pray:
"Father, we come before You, lifting up Osvelis in the name of Jesus. We pray for his workday, that it would be productive and peaceful. We ask that the presence in Him and through Him, will bring godly spirit and guidance in the workplace. Please help Osvelis to get along well with his coworkers, treating them with kindness and respect, just as we are commanded to in the scripture. We will let him be devoted to his work for the Lord and not for men.
In Your Word, You teach us to love our neighbors as ourselves Leviticus 19:18, so we pray that Osvelis's coworkers will treat him fairly and with respect, refraining from any comments that may upset him. Should any such situations arise, we pray that Osvelis will be squeezed together with You and respond in a manner that honors You and demonstrates Your love and specifically, long suffering Colosians 1:11. Let him bare all hurt with the grace and love of Jesus.
Father, we also pray that without addressing any potential stumbling blocks through the power of your Holy spirit guide Osvelis conversations with his co-workers where his family, weight, or eating habits will not be addressed. Let there be no discussion that causes any hurt, for any reason. May it be a day filled with positivity and encouragement, not just for Osvelis, but for all his coworkers as well.
Lord, bless your beloved today in the work place. Let your presence shine thorough, Osvelis and let him be a lighthouse to others. Let the Glory in him shine through him. Let him be the footprint of Christ in his workplace.

Osvelis, remember that our words should always be gracious Colossians 4:6, seasoned with salt, so that we may know how to answer each person correctly.This especially true in the workplace. Encourage others not be the cause of contempt. We know Proverbs 17:9 can cause harm to a friendship. It is always wise to be like minded.
Lastly, Osvelis, don't forget Jesus is the head of all principalities and powers Colossians 2:10 and this includes work but he is also the principalities of meekness and compassion. Let the spirit of Jesus shine in you wherever you are.
