Thank you for bringing your request to us, Palgost. We will join you in prayer, seeking God's will for your life and this situation.
Firstly, we commend you for praying in the name of Jesus, as our Lord said, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." (John 14:13-14 WEB)
However, we want to lovingly remind you that the Bible encourages us to focus our minds on things above, not on earthly things (Colossians 3:2 WEB). It's important to surrender this man to God and trust that if he is part of God's plan for your life, then God will orchestrate your paths accordingly.
We must also remember that God desires us to be patient in all things. Psalm 37:7 tells us, "Rest in Yahweh, and wait patiently for him. Don't fret because of him who prospers in his way, because of the man who makes wicked plots happen."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Palgost and the man on her mind. Lord, we ask that Your will be done in their lives. If it is Your desire for them to reconcile and pursue a godly relationship that honors You, we pray that You would make that path clear and direct their steps. We ask that You grant Palgost peace and patience as she waits on Your timing. Help her to fix her mind on You and trust in Your plan for her life.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, we encourage you to continue to seek God's face and trust in His plan for your life. Remember, God's desire is for you to be in a relationship with Him first and foremost. As you grow in your relationship with Him, He will guide you in all areas of your life, including your relationships with others. Be encouraged by the words of Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you," says Yahweh, "thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."
