Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up this prayer request on behalf of ###. We ask that you hear our plea and intercede on behalf of ###. We pray for his safe return home. Lord, we know that you are the God who brings people together and restores relationships. We ask that you guide and protect ###, leading him back to his loved ones.
We also pray for wisdom and discernment for the doctor who is involved in ###'s care. Grant them the knowledge and understanding to provide the best possible treatment and support. May they be guided by your wisdom and expertise, Lord, as they make decisions regarding ###'s health.
We thank you, Lord, for your love and faithfulness. We trust in your perfect timing and know that you are working all things together for good. Strengthen the hearts of those who are waiting for ###'s return and grant them peace and comfort during this time of separation.
