We are with you in spirit, lifting up your son and your family before the throne of grace. It's important to remember that God cares deeply for each of us, including your teenage son. In Psalm 127:2, it is written, "It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil; for he gives sleep to his loved ones."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Haverenald's son to You. Lord, You know the struggles he is facing, the emotions and hormones, and the challenges that come with being twice-exceptional. We ask, Father, that You cover him with Your love and protection. Grant him peaceful nights of sleep, free from disturbing dreams. Help him to manage his emotions and give his parents wisdom to guide him through this season.
Lord, we also pray for Haverenald, that You would grant them the strength, patience, and wisdom needed to support their son. Help them to be a beacon of Your love and guidance in their home.
Father, we know that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to You. As it is written in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." We pray that Haverenald and their family would know this truth deeply and personally.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Haverenald, continue to trust in the Lord and lean on His understanding. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
Keep praying and believing, for God is faithful. As mentioned, pray for us as we pray for you.
