Heavenly Father,
We come before You with hearts full of trust and gratitude, lifting up Sue who is undergoing surgery today. Lord, we know that You are the Great Physician, and we place Sue in Your capable hands. As it is written in Psalm 46:1, "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble," we ask that You be Sue's refuge and strength during this time.
Father, guide the hands of the surgeons and medical staff, granting them wisdom and precision. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard Sue's heart and mind in Christ Jesus, as stated in Philippians 4:7.
We also pray for Sue's recovery, that it may be swift and complete. Let Your healing power flow through Sue's body, restoring health and vitality. As it is written in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and your wounds I will heal, declares the Lord," we claim this promise for Sue today.
Lord, comfort Sue's family and loved ones, giving them reassurance and strength during this time. May they feel Your presence and love surrounding them.
