School is really stressing me out at the moment and it's making me neglect other parts of my life. I have a lot of tests coming up and I feel like that will make things worse. I'm trying to focus on staying close to God during this time, but it's hard...

Firstly, we commend you for your desire to stay close to God during this stressful time. Remember, God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1 WEB). It's crucial to keep your focus on Him, even when life feels overwhelming.

However, we notice that you haven't mentioned the name of Jesus Christ in your request. It's important to remember that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB). Let's ensure we're calling on His name in our time of need.

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ###. Lord, You know the stress and pressure they're facing with their school work. Lastly, don't hesitate to reach out to your brothers and sisters in Christ for support. Galatians 6:2 tells us to bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ. You're not alone in this.
