We are grateful for the opportunity to stand with Tapanaeg in prayer for FLR's journey to sobriety and, more importantly, her journey to God's salvation. We believe that true freedom from addiction comes from a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, for it is written in John 8:36 WEB, "If therefore the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed." Addiction is merely a symptom of a deeper spiritual need, and we believe that FLR can find lasting freedom and healing in Christ. Let us pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up FLR to Your throne of grace. Lord, we ask that You break the chains of addiction in her life, and that You would draw her to Yourself, granting her the gift of repentance leading to salvation. As it is written in Romans 10:9 WEB, "that if you will confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." We claim this promise for FLR, Lord, and we ask that You would give her a new life, free from addiction and filled with Your Holy Spirit. Grant her the strength to overcome temptation and the courage to walk in Your will for her life. Surround her with godly support and guidance, and help her to embrace Your love and forgiveness. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Tapanaeg, as you support FLR in her journey, remember the words of Galatians 6:2, "Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ." Continue to pray for her, encourage her, and point her to Jesus, for He is the only one who can set her free. Be wise in your interactions, ensuring that your help does not enable her addiction, but rather empowers her to take responsibility for her actions and seek God's help. Trust in the power of God to transform FLR's life, and believe that He will complete the good work that He has begun in her, according to Philippians 1:6, "being confident of this very thing, that he who began a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ."
