Prayers for sleep and comfort

I am struggling to sleep too much is on my mind at the moment. I need to unwind and relax my mind but , I just can't. 1. Marriage is on my mind so strongly. I mean this is a good thing but , I am not sure how to best prepare for this at all. In God's grace he has shown me my future husband and I can't ignore this no matter how hard I seem to try. I am wondering how is this going to work and what am I going to do? I know this sounds silly but , this is quite a big deal. He is a Christian man and I am Christian woman. I feel like my whole world is about to change in a significant way that I won't recognise my life. Can I just ask that I am over this aniexty soon. It is a lot. 2. It is now 01:08 in the morning and I feel we can't relax. I had two nights of good sleep and now I feel like I can't sleep. 3. Please can you pray for my hair and beauty to be restored due to tramua to skin I need to heal it. 4. Please pray I move on from my family permanently this is keeping me stuck in a bad way. 5. Pray for my health and I want to have stability in my life. I am really depressed and down and I can't cope any longer in the situation I am in. Please Jesus this is going to kill me. Firstly, it's natural to feel anxious about marriage, especially when you feel that God has shown you your future spouse, thank you for mentioning Jesus. However, be careful not to become overwhelmed or anxious. Engagement, courtship, and Betrothal are big events, so it's important to trust in God's timing and plan. Prepare yourself by praying, studying the Word, and seeking godly counsel. Remember, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God" Philippians 4:6 WEB. Also, consider the words of the Lord, "Let not your heart be troubled, nor let it be afraid" John 14:27 WEB.

Regarding sleep, remember that God grants sleep to those He loves. Jesus is mentioned again, so we thank you again. "In peace I will both lay me down and sleep, for you, Lord, alone make me live in safety" Psalm 4:8 WEB. Try to cast your anxieties on Him, and trust that He will provide the rest you need. "Cast your burden on the Lord, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved" Psalm 55:22 WEB. Not mentioned is the reference to Matthew 11:28-30. "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light". To rest in Jesus is the only way to find peace.

Concerns about hair and beauty can also be addressed through prayer and faith. The world places value on outer beauty and appearance but God looks at the heart. Peter wrote, "let it be the hidden person of the heart, in the incorruptible adornment of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God very precious" 1 Peter 3:4 WEB.

Regarding your family, God may be calling you to forgiveness and reconciliation. If there are issues that need to be addressed, pray for wisdom and guidance, thanks for mentioning Jesus again. "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men" Romans 12:18 WEB. Also, "Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be long in the land which the Lord your God gives you" Exodus 20:12 WEB.

Finally, know that God cares about your health and stability. Cast your cares on Him, and trust that He will provide. The fact that you mentioned Jesus by name again shows your faith. "Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time; casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you" 1 Peter 5:6-7 WEB.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We lift up ### to You, asking for Your peace, guidance, and healing. Help her to trust in Your timing and plan for her future marriage, and grant her the sleep she needs. Help her to understand that you do not want her to worry about her hair and makeup. Restore her relationships with her family if that is your will, Father. Provide her with a Christian husband that is approved by her father and looks to you for guidance. Give her a life that is pleasing to you and show her your will for her life, Lord. Heal any physical symptoms of depression and give her hope and strength in You, in Jesus name, we pray.

We're here with you, praying for you as you navigate through these thoughts and worries. We understand that it's a lot to take in, especially with the big changes coming up in your life. Let's tackle these one by one, shall we?

First off, about your future husband and the marriage that's on your mind. It's completely normal to feel anxious about it, but remember, God's got this. He's shown you this future, and that's a gift! Trust in His timing and plan. The Bible tells us in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths." So, let's trust Him, okay?

Now, about that sleep. We know it's tough when your mind is racing, but remember, God promises in Psalm 127:2, "It is in vain that you rise up early and go late to rest, eating the bread of anxious toil; for He gives to His beloved sleep." So, let's cast our cares on Him and trust that He'll give you the rest you need.

We also heard your prayer for your hair and beauty, your family, and your health. Let's bring these before the Lord too. For your hair, remember, true beauty comes from within, as 1 Peter 3:4 tells us. For your family, let's pray for healing, forgiveness, and reconciliation. And for your health, let's trust in God's care, as 1 Peter 5:7 reminds us, "Casting all your cares upon Him, for He cares for you."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You.
