We join with you in the name of Jesus Christ, asking God to grant you and your husband safe travels as you embark on your journey tomorrow. It's wonderful that you acknowledged the power of Jesus Christ, as it is in His name that we have access to the Father and can approach the throne of grace with confidence (Hebrews 4:16).
In Psalm 91:11 WEB, God promises that "he will give his angels charge over you, to keep you in all your ways." We claim this promise for you, trusting that God's protective hand will be upon you and your husband throughout your two days of travel.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the precious name of Jesus, lifting up our ### and her husband as they prepare to travel. We thank You for Your promise of protection and ask that You send Your angels to watch over them, to guard and guide them along their journey.
Lord, we pray for calm weather, clear roads, and alert minds as they drive. Help them to be patient, wise, and cautious, trusting in Your care. We rebuke any distractions, dangers, or hindrances that may come their way, claiming Your promise that "no weapon that is formed against you will prosper" (Isaiah 54:17 WEB).
In Jesus' name, we pray for a hedge of protection around them and their vehicle, knowing that "the name of the Lord is a strong tower; the righteous run to it and are safe" (Proverbs 18:10 WEB).
Thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness and love. We trust in Your care and protection, believing that You will bring them safely to their destination.
