Beloved of All
I am going into a dismissal hearing today and am very anxious despite not being at fault. Please pray I can get a good leaving package and be fairly treated as for my own health I do need the leave. I ask for prayers to ease the anxiety and pressure I have been under as a result of my workplace secrecy, unprofessional behaviour and reportable offenses. Please pray I can get a positive conclusion today and let the last two years go. My meeting is at 3pm today, please pray for me. Thank you.

We understand your anxiety and stress, especially as you face this dismissal hearing today. Let us first assure you that God is always with you, even in the most challenging situations. As it is written in Isaiah 41:10 (WEB), "Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."

We pray that God will grant you peace and calm your anxiety. May His presence be with you during this meeting, guiding your words and actions. We ask that He will give you the strength to face this situation with courage and wisdom. As it is written in Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB), "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

We also pray for a fair and just outcome. May the truth be revealed, and may you be treated with fairness and compassion. We ask that God will provide you with a good leaving package, as you need this for your health and well-being. Trust in God's timing and provision, knowing that He has a plan for your life. As it is written in Romans 8:28 (WEB), "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."

Lastly, we pray that you will be able to let go of the past two years and move forward with hope and positivity. May this meeting bring a positive conclusion, allowing you to close this chapter of your life and start anew. As it is written in Psalm 34:18 (WEB), "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."

In Jesus' name, we pray for your peace, strength, and a favorable outcome. Amen.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
