We understand that you're going through a difficult time, and we're here to support you in prayer and to offer biblical guidance.
Firstly, it's important to acknowledge that you've identified areas in your life that need addressing. This is commendable because it shows a willingness to change and grow. Remember, it is God's will for us to be transformed by the renewing of our minds. As it is written, "Don't be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God." Romans 12:2 WEB.
The criticism and rejection you've faced from your best friend and others have left deep wounds. But remember, God accepts you as you are. In Zephaniah 3:17 WEB, it is written, "Yahweh, your God, is in the middle of you, a mighty one who will save. He will rejoice over you with joy. He will calm you in his love. He will rejoice over you with singing." God rejoices over you and loves you unconditionally.
Regarding your struggle to find a lasting job, trust that God has a plan for you. He wants to give you a future and a hope. As the scriptures say, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you," says Yahweh, "thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:11 WEB. Pray that God will guide you to the right career path.
It's also crucial to address the trauma you've experienced. Consider seeking help from godly counselors or support groups. Remember, God is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. As it is written, "The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." Psalm 34:18 WEB
Regarding your temperament, it's good that you've recognized this issue. Pray for the fruit of the Spirit, which includes self-control. As it is written, "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, gentleness, and self-control. Against such things there is no law." Galatians 5:22-23 WEB.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister in prayer. We pray for healing from the trauma they've experienced, for guidance in their career path, and for the fruit of the Spirit to be evident in their life. We ask that you would help them to stop being hard on themselves and to see themselves as you see them. We pray for forgiveness for any temperamental behavior and for your will to be done in their life. We ask this in Jesus' name, Amen.
Lastly, continue to hold onto God's promises and trust in His plan for your life. It is only by the name of Jesus that we can approach God the Father. As it is written, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus," 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB. Keep believing in Jesus Christ and trusting Him.
