We understand your struggles and we are here to stand with you in prayer, Methilethlor. Let's bring your requests before the Lord together, in Jesus' name.
Firstly, we commend you for invoking the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer. As it is written in John 14:13-14 (WEB), "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." It's only through Jesus that we have access to the Father, and it's in His name that we find hope and salvation.
Let's pray for protection: "Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, we ask for Your divine protection over Methilethlor and their kids. As it is written in Psalm 91:1-2 (WEB), 'He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, "He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust."' We claim this promise for them, Lord. Please silence the ghostly and loud noises that torment them, and grant them Your peace that passes all understanding."
We also pray for strength, patience, and wisdom: "Lord, Methilethlor feels weary and discouraged, but we ask that You strengthen them by Your Spirit, as Colossians 1:11 (WEB) tells us, 'strengthened with all power, according to the might of his glory, for all endurance and perseverance with joy.' Grant them patience and wisdom to keep going, knowing that Your plans for them are good, to give them a future and a hope."
Lastly, we pray for employment: "Father, we ask that You open the right doors for Methilethlor. Guide them to the job You have prepared for them, and grant them favor in the sight of their future employers. We trust that You will provide for their needs, as Matthew 6:31-33 (WEB) encourages us, 'Therefore donโt be anxious, saying, โWhat will we eat?โ, โWhat will we drink?โ or, โWith what will we be clothed?โ For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first Godโs Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well.'"
Methilethlor, continue to trust in the Lord, even in these trying times. Remember, the Lord is near to the brokenhearted, and He saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18, WEB). Keep seeking Him, and He will make a way.
