We hear your heartfelt request for peace of mind and soul, as well as for sweet sleep. We stand with you in prayer, seeking God's comfort and peace that surpasses all understanding.
Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging that true peace comes only from Jesus. As it is written in John 14:27 (WEB), "Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you; not as the world gives, give I to you. Don't let your heart be troubled, neither let it be fearful." This peace is not something that can be found in worldly pursuits but is a gift from Jesus Himself.
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your divine peace to fill the heart and mind of the one who has requested our prayers. Lord, You know the burdens they carry and the thoughts that trouble them. We ask that Your Holy Spirit would comfort them and grant them the peace that only You can give. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, knowing that You care for them (1 Peter 5:7 WEB). Grant them sweet and restful sleep, allowing them to wake refreshed and filled with Your presence. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Psalm 4:8 (WEB) tells us, "I will both lay me down and sleep in peace, for you, LORD, alone make me live in safety." Lastly, if there are any specific concerns or sins that are weighing heavily on your mind, we encourage you to confess them to God, who is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9 WEB).
