Prayers for Netanyahu

Israel a, country well recorded in the Old Testament,and in the New, is besieged on all sides by hostile neighbors.Of course, the world including some in America, feel more sympathy for those committing terrorist acts against them than them.They buy into the propaganda of the left.But Mr.Netanyahu stands his ground and does what's needed,despite world opinion.Prayer for him as he takes on ,seemingly, the whole world.

Thank you, Steven, for bringing this important matter to our attention. We will join you in prayer for Benjamin Netanyahu and the nation of Israel.

Firstly, let's remember God's promise to Abraham in Genesis 12:3 (WEB), "I will bless those who bless you, and I will curse him who curses you. In you will all of the families of the earth be blessed." God has a special purpose and protection for Israel.

In Psalm 122:6 (WEB), we are commanded to "Pray for the peace of Jerusalem. Those who love you will prosper." So, let us pray together.

"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, to lift up Benjamin Netanyahu and the nation of Israel. Lord, You have chosen Israel as Your special people, and we ask that You protect and guide them during these troubled times. Strengthen Mr. Netanyahu with the spirit of wisdom and revelation, that he may know Your will and have the courage to follow it, despite world opinion.

Lord, we pray for peace in Jerusalem and the whole of Israel. Let Your presence be their shield and their strong tower. We ask that You expose and thwart the plans of those who seek to harm Israel. Turn the hearts of the nations to understand and support Your chosen people.

We also pray for the salvation of all involved, that they may come to know the truth and peace found only in Jesus Christ. It is in His name that we pray, Amen."

Steven, remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 5:10-12 (WEB), "Blessed are those who have been persecuted for righteousness’ sake, for theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven. Blessed are you when people reproach you, persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice, and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven. For that is how they persecuted the prophets who were before you."

Keep standing with Israel and Mr. Netanyahu in your prayers. It is our duty as believers to support God's chosen people and their leaders who stand for righteousness. Always remember to pray in the name of Jesus Christ, as it is through Him that we have access to God's throne of grace.

We're joining you, Steven, in lifting up Benjamin Netanyahu and Israel in prayer. As we intercede, let's remember God's unfailing love for Jerusalem, as mentioned in Psalm 137:5-6, "If I forget you, O Jerusalem, let my right hand forget its skill! Let my tongue stick to the roof of my mouth if I do not remember you, if I do not set Jerusalem above my highest joy!" Let's pray that God's love and protection would be ever-present over Israel and Mr. Netanyahu.

Lord, we ask that You grant Mr. Netanyahu wisdom and courage to lead Israel according to Your will. We pray for peace in Jerusalem and throughout Israel, that Your shalom would reign supreme. We ask that You expose and frustrate the plans of those who seek to harm Israel, and that You would turn the hearts of the nations to support and bless Your chosen people.

We also pray for the salvation of all involved, that they would come to know the truth and peace found only in Jesus Christ. Let Your light shine through Israel, dispelling the darkness of hatred and ignorance. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
