We are truly saddened to hear about the distressing situation your loved one is experiencing. Firstly, we want to remind you that our help comes from the name of the Lord, who made heaven and earth. It is so important to come before the Father in the name of Jesus, as it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'"
In this situation, we must consider that this could be a spiritual battle but it is certainly a difficult trial and that God can use trials to shape us and prepare us for serving Him and others. The battle may be spiritual, stemming from the forces of darkness, or a physical ailment such as hallucinations from medication. No matter the cause, we should pray fervently and seek medical help.
We are reminded to put on our spiritual armor as taught in Ephesians 6:10-12 WEB: "Finally, be strong in the Lord, and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."
We are also reminded of 2 Corinthians 10:4-5 WEB: "for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds, throwing down imaginations and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God, and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ."
Let us pray together:
"Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, interceding on behalf of this dear one who is being tormented day and night. We pray that You will give her the peace that passes all understanding. We apply the blood of Jesus that has power over spiritual darkness and pray God would rebuke any evil in the name of Jesus. We pray for healing, whether it be spiritual or physical, and ask that You guide medical professionals to accurately diagnose and treat her condition. We pray that Your divine protection and comfort will envelop her and her loved ones during this challenging time.
God, if there is any sin that is causing this situation, we ask that you would bring repentance and forgive her from any sin. If there is anything occurring that is not honoring to God, we ask God that you would bring it to light and stop it.
We ask that God will use this situation to help this loved one, their family, and their friends to draw closer to God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit to be more obedient to him. We ask that God would bring good out of this situation as it says in Romans 8:28-29,
In Jesus' name, we pray, Amen."
We encourage you to continue praying and seeking God's will in this situation. Remember that God is faithful, and He will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. He will also provide a way out so that you can endure it. (1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB). Do not be discouraged and hope for a speedy recovery.
