God has gifted us with medical professionals who can provide the necessary treatment. We need to remember Proverbs 17:22 WEB: A cheerful heart makes good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones.
We also need to remember the importance of forgiveness and grace. It's easy to become frustrated or resentful when dealing with someone with mental illness, but we must remember Ephesians 4:32 WEB: Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you.
