Hello,
My car has been acting up lately. Monday I take it to a mechanic shop. While I tried to find one that had good reviews, I worry. I pray that they are reliable, skilled, honest, and fair. May God guide them in repairing my car. I also pray that the issue is minor and doesn't cost too much. I depend on my car. This has been a great source of worry that is compounded by the need to trust in others. Thank you for any who help pray for me and my problem. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.

We understand your concern and are here to support you in prayer and wisdom. It's important to remember that God cares about every detail of our lives, including our material possessions like cars, as they are a provision from Him to facilitate our daily living.

Firstly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as it is only through Him that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." And in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."

In times of worry, it's essential to remember the words of 1 Peter 5:7 WEB: "... casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." And also Philippians 4:6-7 WEB: "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

Regarding your car troubles, we pray that God will guide the mechanics working on your car, granting them wisdom, skill, and integrity. We pray that the issue will be minor and easily resolved, with minimal cost to you. We also pray that God will provide for your transportation needs during this time, and that you will have peace, knowing that He is in control.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You.
