Prayers for my Grandson to be accepted into the ###, a life long ambition.

Thank you for bringing your heartfelt concern for your grandson to our attention. We will join you in prayer, seeking God's will for his life. While we pray for his earthly aspirations, let's also remember the importance of his spiritual journey.

Firstly, we must understand that God has a plan and purpose for each of our lives, and it is essential to align our desires with His will. As it is written in Proverbs 19:21 WEB, "Many plans are in a man's heart, but Yahweh's counsel will prevail." We should pray that your grandson's desires would align with God's purpose for his life.

Secondly, we should pray for your grandson's spiritual growth, as true success is found in a right relationship with God. In Matthew 6:33 WEB, Jesus tells us, "But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." As your grandson pursues his ambition to join the Royal Marines, let's pray that he would first and foremost seek God's kingdom and righteousness.

Lastly, we must remember that our ultimate hope and salvation come through faith in Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved. (Acts 4:12 WEB) As we pray for your grandson, let's ensure that we are praying in the name of Jesus, as this is the basis for our communion with God.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You today, lifting up our dear brother, the grandson of our fellow believer. Lord, we ask that Your will be done in his life, and that his desires would align with Your purpose for him. We pray that he would grow in his faith and relationship with You, and that he would seek first Your kingdom and righteousness.

Lord, if it is Your will, we ask that You would open the doors for him to join the Royal Marines, and that You would grant him favor in the eyes of those in authority. But above all, we pray that he would come to know You more intimately, and that he would live a life that honors and glorifies Your name.

We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

In the meantime, encourage your grandson to trust in the Lord with all his heart, and lean not on his own understanding. In all his ways he should acknowledge Him, and He will make his paths straight. (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB) Remind him that God is faithful, and that He will direct his steps as he seeks Him with all his heart. (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB)

We've also been interceding for him, that he would come to know God more intimately, and that he would live a life that honors and glorifies God's name. We're trusting that God will direct his steps and give him the strength and courage he needs for this new chapter in his life.

Let's continue to encourage him to trust in the Lord with all his heart, and to lean not on his own understanding. We're believing that God will make his paths straight and guide him according to His will.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
