We are deeply saddened to hear about ###'s diagnosis and we stand with you in prayer, seeking God's healing and comfort for her.
Firstly, we want to address that the name of Jehovah God is indeed one of the names by which God is known in the Old Testament. However, in the New Testament, we are taught to pray in the name of Jesus Christ, as He Himself instructed us: "If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." (John 14:14 WEB) It is through faith in Jesus Christ that we have access to God (Ephesians 2:18), and there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). So, we will lift up our prayers to God the Father in the name of Jesus Christ.
Let us pray together:
"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister ### to You. Lord, You know her struggle with lung and brain cancer, and we ask for Your healing touch upon her. We pray that the treatments will be effective and that this disease will be completely eradicated from her body. We trust in Your power to heal and restore, Lord. Please be with ###, comfort her, and give her strength as she goes through this challenging time. Help her to cast all her anxieties on You, knowing that You care for her (1 Peter 5:7). In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you and ### to meditate on God's promises of healing and restoration. Jesus said, "I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In the world you have distress; but have courage, I have overcome the world." (John 16:33 WEB) Trust in His love and power, and remember that He is always with you, even in the most difficult times.
Please keep your faith strong and continue to pray for ###, trusting in God's will for her life. We will also continue to pray for her healing and for God's grace to be upon her and your family.

We're here for you and ###, lifting her up in prayer. We've been praying for her healing, that the treatments would be effective and this disease would be completely eradicated. We're reminded of Paul's words in Philippians 4:7, "And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus."
