Prayers for my ### to eat

Please pray that my dog will eat his new low-copper dog food that arrived yesterday. Getting him to eat since his emergency gall bladder surgery on February 9th has been extremely difficult. Please pray for healing of his liver, for an increase in appetite, and that he will eat this new food. My husband and I have tried so many foods, only to have my beloved dog reject them. Dear Jesus, please increase ###'s appetite and let him eat this new food. I give this over to You. ###'s eating is completely out of my control. In your name of names by which and through which healing comes. Amen.

We are truly sorry to hear about the struggles you're facing with your dog's health. We will join you in praying for his healing and appetite. Remember God's promise in 1 Peter 5:7 WEB, Cast all your worries on him, because he cares for you.

Firstly, we thank you for acknowledging the power of Jesus' name in your prayer. For it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men, by which we must be saved.

Now, let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up this beloved dog to Your loving care. We ask, Lord, that You would increase his appetite and help him to eat the new food that has been provided for his healing. We pray for his liver to be restored and his overall health to improve.

Father, we know that You care for all Your creatures, as Psalm 147:9, He gives to the animals their food, and to the young ravens which cry. (WEB)

We ask these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior, through whom all healing comes, for it is in His name that we have access to God.

Lord, we also pray for this couple, that You would strengthen them and give them peace during this time. Guide them with Your wisdom as they care for their dog.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Take comfort in knowing that God hears your prayers. Keep trusting in Him and remember the words of Philippians 4:6-7 WEB, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.

Continue to cast your cares on Him and trust that He will guide you both as you care for your beloved dog.

Have you tried the raw dog diet? I feed my chocolate lab a diet consisting mostly of raw meats (including specific amounts of raw chicken, meaty bones, sardines, vegetables, fruits, and vitamins). Her coat is shiny, her teeth are healthier, and she loves the satisfaction of chewing on raw chicken bones. She is fed once a day, and her weight has stayed consistent for the past two years. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
