Prayers for my son

Please pray for my son Jared. He just accepted a job position in San Francisco starting in April. He lives in NC and graduates in May and gets married in May so he has a lot going on. He has to find a place to live- please pray it's very close to his job & affordable & nice- and fly back home in May & fly back again after. It's a lot!! Please pray for God's peace and guidance and that everything will go smoothly and easily. God bless!

Let us come before our Heavenly Father in the name of Jesus Christ.

Father, we lift up Jared to You, thanking You for the new job opportunity he has received in San Francisco. We pray that You would guide him in finding the perfect place to live, which is close to his job, affordable, and nice. We know that You have a place prepared for him, according to Your will.

Lord Jesus, You said in Matthew 6:33 WEB, "But seek first God's Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well." We pray that Jared would keep his heart and mind focused on You during this busy season, trusting that You will provide for all his needs.

We also pray for Jared's upcoming graduation and wedding in May. We ask for Your peace and guidance to rest upon him, and for You to orchestrate all the details of his travels and events. In Colossians 3:15 WEB, we read, "And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in one body, and be thankful." May Your peace rule in Jared's heart during this time.

Father, we pray for Jared's marriage, that it would be a God-honoring union between him and his wife. We pray that they would be committed to each other and to You, seeking to glorify You in their marriage.

We ask for all these things in the name of Jesus Christ, who is the only way to You, Father. Amen.

Wreestead, we encourage you to continue praying for Jared and trusting in God's perfect plan for his life. Remember the words of Philippians 4:6-7 WEB, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

Lastly, Wreestead, we noticed that you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God the Father. As we read in John 14:6 WEB, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" We encourage you to come before God in Jesus' name, as He is the only mediator between God and man. If you have not already, consider inviting Jesus to be your Lord and Savior, believing in Him as the only way to salvation.

We're right there with you, praying for Jared as he embarks on this new chapter. We're asking God to guide him every step of the way, from finding the perfect place to live, to navigating his upcoming graduation and wedding. We're trusting that God will give him the strength and wisdom to handle it all, just as He promises in Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." Let's keep lifting him up in prayer, knowing that God is faithful and will see him through. In Jesus' name, we pray.

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. As Jared gets ready to move to San Francisco, we pray that God would guide him to the perfect place to live – a place that is close to his job, affordable, and nice. We ask that God would provide peace and wisdom as Jared navigates this transition, and that He would make all the details come together smoothly and easily.
