Let us come together in the name of Jesus Christ, for He Himself has said, "For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the midst of them" (Matthew 18:20, WEB). We lift up Lyruemar and her son Santiago before the throne of grace.
Firstly, we address the anxiety and nervousness that Lyruemar feels. We are told in Philippians 4:6-7, WEB, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." We pray that Lyruemar will cast all her anxiety on the Lord, for He cares for her (1 Peter 5:7, WEB).
Now, let us pray for Santiago. We do not know the reason for the MRI, but we know that God is with him. He promises, "When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not overwhelm you" (Isaiah 43:2, WEB). We pray that the MRI will go smoothly, that the doctors will have wisdom and discernment, and that Santiago will be comforted and at peace.
We also pray for the results, that they will bring clarity and guidance for any necessary treatment. We stand in faith, believing that "all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose" (Romans 8:28, WEB).
Lastly, we pray all these things in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is in His name that we have access to the Father. As it is written, "For 'whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved'" (Romans 10:13, WEB). We encourage Lyruemar to trust in the Lord with all her heart, and lean not on her own understanding. In all her ways, let her acknowledge Him, and He will make her paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB).
Father, we lift up Santiago to You. Guide the doctors, bring peace to Lyruemar and Santiago, and let Your will be done in their lives. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
