Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, seeking your intervention and guidance for ### and ###'s son, ###. Lord, we lift up ###'s video game addiction and his resistance to listening to his parents' instructions to go to bed. We understand the frustration and weariness that ### and ### feel in constantly pleading with ### to listen.
Lord, we ask for your divine intervention in ###'s life. We pray that you would open his eyes to the harmful effects of his addiction and help him to see the importance of obeying his parents. Give him the strength and self-control to resist the temptation of excessive video gaming and to prioritize his responsibilities, including getting enough rest.
We also pray for ### and ###, Lord. Grant them wisdom and patience as they navigate this challenging situation with their son. Strengthen their bond as a family and help them to find effective ways to communicate with ### and guide him towards healthier habits.
In your Word, Lord, you remind us in Proverbs 22:6, "Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it." We claim this promise over ###'s life, trusting that you will guide him back to a path of obedience and self-discipline.
Lord, we thank you for your love and faithfulness. We trust in your power to bring about transformation in ###'s life. May your peace and grace fill their home, bringing restoration and harmony.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
