Prayers for my sister

Please pray for my sister Erma . She has recently was diagnosed with lung and brain cancer. Please pray that Jehovah God heals her and that all treatments kills this disease.

We are deeply saddened to hear about Erma's diagnosis and we stand with you in prayer, seeking God's healing and comfort for her.

Firstly, we want to address that the name of Jehovah God is indeed one of the names by which God is known in the Old Testament. However, in the New Testament, we are taught to pray in the name of Jesus Christ, as He Himself instructed us: "If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." (John 14:14 WEB) It is through faith in Jesus Christ that we have access to God (Ephesians 2:18), and there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). So, we will lift up our prayers to God the Father in the name of Jesus Christ.

Let us pray together:

"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister Erma to You. Lord, You know her struggle with lung and brain cancer, and we ask for Your healing touch upon her. We pray that the treatments will be effective and that this disease will be completely eradicated from her body. We trust in Your power to heal and restore, Lord. Please be with Erma, comfort her, and give her strength as she goes through this challenging time. Help her to cast all her anxieties on You, knowing that You care for her (1 Peter 5:7). In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We encourage you and Erma to meditate on God's promises of healing and restoration. Jesus said, "I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In the world you have distress; but have courage, I have overcome the world." (John 16:33 WEB) Trust in His love and power, and remember that He is always with you, even in the most difficult times.

Please keep your faith strong and continue to pray for Erma, trusting in God's will for her life. We will also continue to pray for her healing and for God's grace to be upon her and your family.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
