We join you in lifting up your sister in Christ, Linda, to our Heavenly Father. We pray that the Holy Spirit will indeed use her to win more souls for Christ, as this is the heart of our Great Commission (Matthew 28:19-20, WEB). May the Lord reveal to her whether she should start a Bible group in her home or elsewhere, and guide her into the ministry He has planned for her (Jeremiah 29:11, WEB). We pray that she will delight herself in the Lord, and that He will give her the desires of her heart (Psalm 37:4, WEB).
We also lift up Linda's elderly mother, asking for God's protection and provision for her well-being. We pray for a restored and strengthened relationship between Linda and her mother, as God desires that we honor our parents (Exodus 20:12, WEB).
For Linda's brother Patrick, we pray that he would stop trying to control everything and instead surrender his life to Christ. We ask that the Lord would soften his heart and save him, just as He did for us (Ephesians 2:8-9, WEB). For her brother Pete who is in a group home, we pray for his protection and that he would be surrounded by believers who can encourage him in his faith. May God set a fire in Pete's heart, that he may serve and glorify Him.
We stand with you in praying for unity and harmony in Linda's family. As the body of Christ, we are called to live in peace with one another (Romans 12:18, WEB). We ask that God would intervene and break all discord and disunity in their family, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
Let us remember that it is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God (John 14:6, WEB). There is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12, WEB). So, we confidently approach the throne of grace, presenting these requests before Him. Amen.
Continue to trust in the Lord, knowing that He hears our prayers and is faithful to answer according to His will. Encourage Linda to remain steadfast in her faith and obedient to God's calling. May God richly bless your sister and her family.
